Rudi’s property experience extends far beyond simply helping clients purchase property.

Having worked as a real estate sales agent and operated his own real estate agency, Rudi developed a deep understanding of how properties are marketed, how negotiations are conducted, and how selling agents represent their clients.

Through his own property investing journey, Rudi also recognised that many buyers were making significant financial decisions based on emotion, incomplete information and pressure from professionals whose responsibility was ultimately to the seller.

While living overseas in 2014, Rudi experienced the buyer’s agent service from the other side, engaging a local buyer’s agent to purchase an investment property in Australia. This gave him first-hand insight into the value of having an experienced professional representing the buyer’s interests, particularly when purchasing from a distance.

These experiences ultimately led Rudi to establish Azzato Buyers Agent, with a simple purpose: to provide buyers with independent advice, expert guidance and an experienced advocate working exclusively in their best interests.

With more than 40 years of negotiation experience, Rudi helps home buyers and property investors identify opportunities, assess value and negotiate with confidence. His approach goes beyond simply searching advertised properties, drawing on local agent relationships and off-market opportunities where appropriate.
